That the Annual General Meeting of St. Albans Athletic Club will be held on:
Wednesday 14th July 2021 at 8pm.
Please register your intention to attend or send your apologies, to the email address below () A link for those wishing to attend the Zoom meeting will be forwarded on the day.
Items to be raised under Any Other Business should be submitted to the Chairman in writing () by Friday 9th July 2021. Items will only be discussed if the proposer is present at the meeting.
Any member wishing to nominate themselves, or any other member (with their permission), for the Committee or position of office should submit the proposal to the email address above by Friday 9th. July 2021. Each proposal should contain the nomination, together with the names of the proposer and seconder to the nomination. See COMMITTEE VACANCIES.
After the formal meeting a Questions and Answers session will be held.
We were unable to hold an AGM last year and there have/and will be several changes in the structure of the Committee so your input will be invaluable.
Please make every effort to attend. The future of your Club is dependent upon your contribution.
