Maintenance work is being carried out on the athletics track this week so please check for last minute changes before coming to training. The provisional plan is as follows:
- Monday sprint session – there will be NO HURDLES training. Please check with Phil/Tim on arrival for instructions on sprint session.
- Tuesday MD/XC session – meet at the track for training session in the park.
- Thursday 1st and 2nd session – meet at track for training session in the park.
