Eastern Young Athletes’ League (EYAL) – St Albans

What: Eastern Young Athletes League (EYAL) – Match 5

Where: Abbey View Golf and Track Facility, St Albans, AL1 2DL

When: Sunday 5th July, from 11-5pm. Please consult the timetable for event times in case of clashes. Please arrive one hour before your first event to register at the designated team area.

Who can compete: Any St Albans AC paid club member between Year 6 and Year 11 (inclusive) and regardless of level of ability. This match does include non-scoring athletes (as well as scoring), so EVERYONE (Club members Y6 to Y11) is invited to take part – we would like everyone to participate in more than one event if possible. Athletes can compete in up to 3 events each plus relay (team selected). You can check the times on the timetable. Please note, the number of non-scoring athletes for field events is limited to 2 per club; we will contact athletes if these spaces are filled.

What do I do next?: Signing up for the EYAL is through the entry form below. PLEASE NOTE, YOU WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO TAKE PART IF YOU ARE A FULLY PAID UP MEMBER OF ST ALBANS ATHLETIC CLUB. Click here to join the club. Once you have registered, please allow at least 4 working days for your England Athletics Number (EAN) to be available on the EA website. If you cannot find your EAN on the website please just leave the field blank on the form below – we will enter the number for you.

On the day: 

  • Club vests must be worn (order on-line on the Kit Orders page)
  • Please ensure you bring sufficient food, water, suncream/waterproof clothing as appropriate
  • Track spikes can be worn
  • £5 for the coach
